Two Safety Features Loaded in the New Mazda CX-3

With the arrival of the new Mazda CX-3, Northtown Mazda thought that today would be the perfect time to highlight some of the safety features responsible for the popularity of this subcompact crossover.

Once the Mazda CX-3 is on the highway, rear sensors use radar technology to scan adjacent lanes for oncoming traffic. If a vehicle is in one of the blind spots around your vehicle, the Blind Spot Information system will begin to flash a warning light on your side mirror, so you know exactly where the trouble and which lane to avoid moving into until clear.

Another important safety feature in the Mazda CX-3, the Cross-Traffic Alert, can spot traffic that might be moving into the path of your ride. Activated as you shift in reverse, your vehicle can now identify another vehicle that could be coming from either direction right into your path and give you warnings to stop in time.
